So, After some deep web searching, I've found a SMOKING MOD for TS4.

I've seen everything from oné for Thé Sims 2 which included race horses to the game (and yes, Sims could actually trip them- and this has been way before the Domestic pets expansion package added horses to Thé Sims 3), to one for The Sims 3 which added in a working ferris wheel. Since Sims 2 has been released, supporters have ended up developing mods and discussing them online.The options for mods are usually pretty varied. 'Mods' brief for adjustments, are user-created documents which modify or include more to the normal game. Another time i was clearing out this village when i ran back into a house only to get shot dead by some survivors but after i retried the same thing they didn't shoot me. Not sure if there is more to that, but it seemed kind of weird to leave this man-eating guy alone so i shot him. I've played about 3 / 4 hours so far and i haven't had any big issues so far (on 360), there was one point when i came across one of those smaller tasks yoou can do for someone a man sitting at a campsite eating human limbs and when you sit down with him John starts to throw up but nothing really happend after that.
